How do I get a good scan?

Lay the page flat, use good light, and keep the whole page inside the corners.

What do the four tiers mean?

Common stamps were printed in large numbers and are common in albums. Worth a look is worth a closer check. Valuable is likely worth showing someone. See a dealer is worth showing a dealer. Tiers are a first sort, not a price.

A stamp is in the wrong tier

Tap a cell on the stamp card to change it. Your choice is kept.

What does Not sure mean?

Twopenny could not place the stamp well enough, so it shows what to check yourself and no range.

Where do the ranges come from?

A range is an estimate and a rough guide. It is not sales data and not an appraisal. Check sold listings or ask a dealer.

How many scans do I get?

3 a day are free, and 200 a day with Pro. A scan that fails is not counted.

How do I export my album?

Export a CSV from Settings. It is free.

Restore purchases

Open Settings and choose Restore purchases.

Sync between devices

Sign in with the same iCloud account on each device.

Delete my data

Open Settings and choose Delete all stamps.
